Clevatess Season 2 Announced
The Clevatess: The King of Devil Beasts, The Baby and the Brave of Undead anime officially announced a second season following the finale. Studio Lay-duce animated the series, which began this July.
Kiyotaka Kaguchi directed the Clevatess anime with Keigo Koyanagi on the series composition. Soichiro Sako did the character designs. The opening for the anime was "Ruler" by Mayu Maeshima, while the ending was sung by Ellie Goulding and titled "Destiny."
Yuichi Nakamura, Mutsumi Tamura, and Haruka Shiraishi are leading the cast as Clevatess, Clen, and Alicia. The cast also includes:
- Jun Hashizume as King Heiden
- Mamoru Miyano as Stefan
- Yuki Ono as Milro
- Kenta Miyake as Horgus
- Yuma Uchida as Katz
- Yohei Azakami as Mudo
- Shinba Tsuchiya as Minark
The anime adapts the Clevatess: Majuu no Ou to Akago to Kabane no Yuusha manga by Yuji Iwahara. The manga has been serialized on the Line Manga platform since 2020.
The plot follows Alicia, who always dreamed of being a hero. Eventually, she is chosen by the King as one of the 13 fighters destined to save the world. However, things get complicated, and it starts to look like the only hope for humanity is a single baby entrusted to the evil Demon King...
