Honkai: Star Rail Version 3.5 Launches on August 13

Following the story filled so far in the Trailblazer's journey, Hoyoverse has announced that the second half of the current arc, Amphoreus, will launch on August 13. Version 3.5, "Before Their Deaths," continues the players' journey through the land of remembrance and uncovers answers the fans have been patiently waiting for.

With this new update, Trailblazers are able to obtain two new characters. First is Hysilens, a 5-star physical character who follows the Path of Nihility, and the second is Imperator Cerydra, a Wind character who follows Harmony. Both characters are seen to be providing support in the most recent trailer released by Hoyoverse in an upcoming battle, with their official drip marketing being revealed during the 3.5 Special Program livestream. This update also marks the return of Kafka and Silver Wolf to the Limited Banners.

Adding on to the new characters, a new map is set to be introduced, giving a more in-depth view of Styxia, the City of Infinite Revelry.

A new version brings new events. Trailblazers will be able to enjoy two events throughout the version update. To begin with, "Chrysos Maze Grand Restaurant" will have the player work alongside the Chrysos Heirs to help manage a restaurant. Next up will be the "Old Brews & New Friends" event, where you will step into the "Dreamjolt Hostelry" and a drinksmith, mixing and making all the perfect concoctions for your favourite familiar faces.

HoYoverse is going to be attending this year's Gamescom with Honkai: Star Rail as one of their featured games. If you're attending, you will have a chance to take part in some themed activities as well as have a chance to win some giveaways.
