Jump Festa 2026: All Announcements and Event Highlights
Jump Festa 2026 is officially behind us, and we are bringing you the highlights and the recap of the major announcements. This year, we saw plenty of interesting news, some surprises, and some long-overdue announcements.
My Hero Academia
My Hero Academia went full out with an announcement for a new episode, part of the 10th anniversary celebration. The Episode will premiere in May 2026 and adapt the 431st chapter of the manga.
Moriarty the Patriot Musical
The upcoming Study in "S" musical revealed a new commercial, highlighting the summer release date.
Rurouni Kenshin
Soma Saito, Taku Yashiro, and Makoto Furukawa were part of the panel, discussing the latest developments in the Rurouni Kenshin: Hokkaido Arc manga.
Gintama: Yoshiwara in Flames Arc
Gintama: Yoshiwara in Flames Arc revealed a new trailer and a key visual.
Assassination Classroom
Jun Fukuyama, who voices Koro-sensei, recapped the latest information about the upcoming Assassination Classroom movie, which revealed a trailer earlier this year.
Undead Unluck
Yuichi Nakamura (Andy) and Moe Kahara (Fuko) discussed the upcoming Undead Unluck: Winter Arc special.
Jujutsu Kaisen
Jujutsu Kaisen revealed a new trailer for the upcoming third season of the TV anime, showing off a new theme song by King Gnu and an updated key visual.
Mission: Yozakura Family
Season 2 of the Mission: Yozakura Family unveiled the first teaser trailer ahead of the scheduled April 2026 premiere date. Silver Link is animating the sequel.
KochiKame: Tokyo Beat Cops
KochiKame: Tokyo Beat Cops is getting a new anime adaptation. The teaser visual has been revealed:
Oblivion Battery
Season 2 of Oblivion Battery anime is coming in 2027. A teaser visual has been revealed:
Marriagetoxin
Marriagetoxin anime stage was dedicated to recapping information announced so far. The main voice cast, Haruki Ishiya (Hikaru Gero) and Shion Wakayama (Mei Kinosaki), were present alongside Director Motonobu Hori and author Joumyaku.
Blue Exorcist
Nobuhiko Okamoto (Rin), Kana Hanazawa (Shiemi), Jun Fukuyama (Yukio), and Hiroshi Kamiya (Mephisto Pheles) discussed the Blue Exorcist series and showed off some of the Alterna Vvelt: Blue Exorcist Another Story gameplay. A special illustration by the mangaka Kazue Kato was also shared:
Kaiju No. 8
Katsuya Fukunishi (Kafka), Kengo Kawanishi (Hoshina), Wataru Kato (Reno), and Kouki Uchiyama (Narumi) were part of the stage during which a final season for the Kaiju No. 8 anime was announced. Narumi is also getting a short-form anime, covering his daily activities.
Mashle: Magic and Muscles
Chiaki Kobayashi (Mash), Reiji Kawashima (Finn), and Kaito Ishikawa (Lance) revealed that Mashle: Magic and Muscle Season 3 would premiere in 2027.
Kindergarten Wars
Kindergarten Wars anime revealed a teaser visual. Studio SUNRISE will be animating.
The Prince of Tennis II
Junko Minagawa (Ryoma Echizen), Junichi Suwabe (Keigo Atobe), Mamoru Miyano (Ryoga Echizen in Shin Prince of Tennis OVA), and Daisuke Ono (Kazuya Tokugawa) discussed the upcoming season of The Prince of Tennis II and performed the "Love Festival."
World Trigger
Tomo Muranaka (Yuma), Nao Tamura (Chika), Yuki Kaji (Osamu), Yuichi Nakamura (Yuichi), and Hideyuki Tanaka (Replica) discussed the World Trigger REBOOT project and announced that the franchise will host an event on April 26. 2026,
Chained Soldier
The upcoming second season of the Chained Soldier anime revealed a trailer and the opening theme song by Akari Kito. The sequel premieres on January 8.
Phantom Busters
Nobuhiko Okamoto and Toshiki Masuda discussed the Phantom Busters manga. Both voice actors appeared in promotional materials for the manga.
Gokurakugai
Yu Kobayashi and Jump Square editorial staff discussed the Gokurakugai manga.
Sakamoto Days
Sakamoto Days Season 2 is officially in production. The official announcement states that it is "coming soon."
Demon Slayer
The Demon Slayer cast, Saori Hanami, Hanae Natsuki, Nobunaga Shimazaki, and Takahiro Sakurai, explored the Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba - Infinity Castle and previewed some highlights.
The original soundtrack for the movie will be released on March 25, 2025, while Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Kanade orchestral concert, containing a Blu-ray version of the evening performance, comes out on April 22. Additionally, Demon Slayer Banquet - Hashira Training Arc stage reading will be out on May 4 on DVD and Blu-ray, marking three months of consecutive new releases for the franchise.

The WITCH WATCH main cast discussed the second season announcement.
You and I Are Polar Opposites
Sayumi Suzushiro (Suzuki, Shogo Sakata (Tani), Miyuri Shimabukuro (Azuma), and Wataru Kato (Taira) chatted about the upcoming adaptation that is slated to premiere this January.
Blue Box
The main cast of the anime took a look at the first season of romance drama anime and revealed a new teaser visual for the second season. It was also hinted that the manga is heading toward the conclusion. Present on stage were:

Kill Blue
Shunsuke Takeuchi (adult Juzo Ogami) was joined by Yuko Sanpei (child Juzo Ogami), Izumi Fuka as Noren Mitsuoka, and Shuichiro Umeda as Kotatsu Nekota. A new visual and trailer were also revealed.
Dr. Stone
Dr. Stone revealed the character design for Sai Nanami in an updated trailer.
Hell Teacher: Jigoku Sensei Nube
Hell Teacher: Jigoku Sensei Nube revealed a new trailer for the upcoming second cour.
Spy x Family
The Forgers, Takuya Eguchi (Loid), Saori Hayami (Yor), Atsumi Tanezaki (Anya), and Kenichiro Matsuda (Bond), discussed the highlights of the third season so far and revealed the results of the Spy x Family character popularity contest:

Dark Gathering
Although it recently announced a second season, the Dark Gathering anime didn't reveal any new information at the Jump Festa. Instead, fans got to enjoy a live stage performance by the main cast.
The Elusive Samurai
Season 2 of The Elusive Samurai anime finally has a release date: July 2026 and a teaser visual.
Dan Da Dan
Season 3 of DAN DA DAN anime will begin in 2027, as announced with a teaser visual.
Bleach
Bleach revealed a trailer for its final season, alongside a teaser visual. The anime premieres in July 2026.
Black Clover
The highly-anticipated Black Clover sequel revealed a teaser trailer and a visual. The anime is slated to premiere in 2026 and Pierrot will be animating.
Black Torch
The upcoming Black Torch anime announced two new cast additions: Junichi Suwabe and Reina Ueda are joining the cast as Ryosuke Shiba and Hana Usami.
Akane-Banashi
The previously announced Akane-banashi anime will premiere in April 2026. A teaser trailer was revealed:
Chainsaw Man
Chainsaw Man: Assassins anime by studio MAPPA has been announced with a teaser video and visual. The anime will adapt the "International Assassins" arc from the manga.
'Tis Time for "Torture," Princess
The panel dedicated to 'Tis Time for "Torture," Princess featured voice actresses Haruka Shiraishi and Mutsumi Tamura, who chatted about the upcoming second season. Cover for Volume 19 (final volume) of the manga was revealed:
Magilumiere Magical Girls Inc.
Magilumiere Magical Girls Inc. revealed a special trailer for the second season:
Haikyu
Haikyu panel mainly focused on the stage play, which is heading to China in January 2026. No new information about the upcoming movie or the special was revealed; however, a special program revealed new info about the movie and Haikyu!!: The Place Where Monsters Go special.
Tamara Lazic
One Piece
Traditionally, the last panel of Jump Festa was dedicated to One Piece. The anime is going on hiatus in the Winter 2026 season and returning in April with a new arc, for which it revealed a visual and trailer. Eiichiro Oda also shared a new message in which he hints at a new film project.
Tony Chopper's English voice actor in the live-action adaptation of the One Piece manga was also revealed as Mikaela Hoover. Ikue Otani will be voicing the character in Japanese. One Piece Season 2 comes to Netflix on March 10, 2026.
