A new collaboration has been announced featuring Racing Miku and the Hatsune Miku GT Project. A Racing Miku-themed café will open in Harajuku and will run from August 7 to September 7, 2025. A takeout option will also be available for the month of August.

Examples of the desserts, drink and meals available

This collaboration will allow fans to combine their interests in motorsports with the one and only Hatsune Miku. The Hatsune Miku GT Project is a real-world motorsports team that operates under the concept of a “racing team that runs with its fans.” Miku serves as the team's mascot and is themed as a racer with a unique design each year. The project was established in 2008 by Good Smile Racing, which competes in Japan's premier car racing series, Super GT.

The café collaboration will serve food and drink inspired by the Racing Miku designs. The central dish on the menu will be a 'Miku-nical Burger' that is customizable. Hungry fans can build their burger like a custom car by choosing their patty, toppings, and sauce based on an engine, body wrapping, and motor oil.

Take a look at the menu below:

  • Miku-nical Burger: 1,890 yen (est. $13) - The customizable burger with your own choices of patty, toppings, and sauce.

The choices for your burger are as follows:

  • Wrapping (Topping): Green Onion, Tomato, Shibazuke Tartar, Bacon, Cheese, or Pickles & Jalapeño
  • Oil (Source): Garlic Sauce, Cheese Sauce, Meat Sauce, Teriyaki Sauce, or Tomato Sauce

There is an additional cost for any add-ons to your burger/car, which are marketed as 'Spare parts'.

You are able to add a Beef Patty, Chicken, Fish, Karaage, Bulgogi, or Hot cheese for an additional 300 yen. Additional toppings (300 yen each) include Egg Salad, Avocado Paste, Macaroni Cheese, Green Onion, Onion Rings, or a fried egg.
