My Hero Academia Season 8 Reveals Key Visual
My Hero Academia Final Season (Season 8) revealed a new key visual ahead of the October 4, 2025, premiere date. The anime unveiled a teaser trailer in June of this year.

The final season of the My Hero Academia anime will be animated by studio BONES, and the staff includes:
- Chief Director: Kenji Nagasaki
- Director: Naomi Nakayama
- Series Composition: Yosuke Kuroda
- Character Designer: Hitomi Odashima, Yoshihiko Umakoshi
- Music: Yuki Hayashi
The anime is adapting Kohei Horikoshi's My Hero Academia manga, which ended last year. The manga was serialized in Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump since 2014 and was licensed by VIZ Media in English.
Crunchyroll is streaming the My Hero Academia anime and describes the plot as:
Izuku has dreamt of being a hero all his life—a lofty goal for anyone, but especially challenging for a kid with no superpowers. That’s right, in a world where eighty percent of the population has some kind of super-powered “quirk,” Izuku was unlucky enough to be born completely normal. But that’s not enough to stop him from enrolling in one of the world’s most prestigious hero academies.
My Hero Academia spin-off, My Hero Academia: Vigilantes, also has an anime adaptation which recently announced a second season.
